Hi! My name is Lindsay and I am the owner behind Hooks Yarns and Loops.

I started my little business back in 2014. At that time my boys were small and I was a stay at home mom. I had some people interested in my items and thought why not try and sell a few. I started taking custom orders for hats, baby items and blankets.

I enjoyed taking orders but found it was hard keeping up and running back and forth to the post office wasn't my thing.

In the winter of 2018 while playing with different stitches and came up with a hat. That was when my first pattern came to life. Over the next year I designed a few more patterns and added them to Etsy and Ravelry. Then one evening while browsing different crochet techniques, I came across tapestry crochet. I sat down and drew up my first graph (which later was named the Rhombus Rug) After working that first project, I knew tapestry crochet was what I truly wanted to do.
